How to brew

A proper cup, five steps

01 Boil fresh water to just below boiling temperature (around 95°C) to avoid bitterness.
02 Preheat your teapot or mug by pouring a little hot water into it and swirling it around.
03 Add the tea bag to the preheated teapot or mug.
04 Steep the tea for 5 to 7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.
05 Remove the tea bag and enjoy your hot rooibos tea plain or with your preferred additions like honey.

For a stronger brew, you can increase the number of tea bags or steep for a longer time. Remember, rooibos is naturally caffeine-free and has a slightly sweet, earthy flavor, making it a great choice for any time of day.
